What’s New

I hope you and your family are travelling well since my last newsletter. These days, morning bird chirping tells us that Spring is coming soon!

Tai Chi can have a profound curative effect on people’s mental health in regards to stress and anxiety reduction. I would like to share this article with you if you, your family and friends have ever experienced mental health issues. The key for achieving a good health outcome is to find a great Tai Chi instructor, learn tai chi properly and practice regularly.

Meridian Connection Tai Chi is committed to promote Tai Chi public awareness together with more than 250 million tai chi enthusiasts around the world to empower people for their health and wellbeing.

We will participate at the Onkaparinga Seaside Walk for Suicide Prevention on 9th September to do some tai chi demonstration/Come ‘n’ Try at the family fun day following the walk. More information about the event can be found at http://www.seafordrotary.org.au/walk.html.

We look forward to seeing you at our community event and tai chi classes!
