What’s Happening?

Jan 27th, 2019

First of all, Welcome YOU to our Tai Chi Community in 2019!

With all the Christmas and New Year gatherings and catch-ups, I hope there are also moments for yourself, to re-assess and re-organise, so that you can have a better, healthier and happier year in 2019!

Have you set up a goal for your health and relationship? A calm mind and healthy body directly contribute to positive relationships that you desire to embrace in the new year!

We are here to support and assist you to achieve your health goals through simple and effective Tai Chi/Qi Gong practice.

Numbers released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics show that Australians are stressing more than ever. Lack of sleep is one of the key factors to cause stress. Do you know Tai Chi really can help you to relax more and sleep better?

Daryl is one of many who benefit from Tai Chi practice. To learn more, click here https://youtu.be/SnwXwpC28s8

It was my honor to interview Norman last year who worked as a highly-regarded diplomat to share his Tai Chi journey with you. To watch the interview, https://youtu.be/OytkqEctLjA.

Please note important updates on our Tai Chi classes this year:

Tai Chi for Beginners:
Wednesdays 6 pm to 7 pm
Thursdays 6:30 pm to 7:30pm
Venue: Hallett Cove Uniting Church, 20 Zwerner Drive, Hallett Cove

We also care about people who can’t attend weekly classes due to various reasons. Come to one of our popular workshops to experience yourself and take plenty of helpful tips home to use for your health! The first workshop ”
Tai Chi for Cardio-Respiratory Health & Relaxation” is on 16th Feb. Early bird rate is available to save. More workshops information is just a click away https://meridian-connection.com.au/our-events/future-events/

Wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy and prosperous 2019!

Yours in Tai Chi,
Fang
