What’s Happening

12th September, 2019

Have you ever felt you fatigue easily and you need some sort of energy booster to go through the day?

I have found a simple yet powerful tool to help you feel more energetic. On top of it, it doesn’t cost either you or the earth much at all.

This tool is called Tai Chi.

What is the Value of Tai Chi for YOU?

Based on its Taoism philosophy (natural way of living) and fundamental principles, Tai Chi enables you to repair, recharge and revitalise both your body and mind.

Two fundamental principles that you must know if you want to live long and live well.

The first one is breathing.
Slow, deep and conscious breathing is an essential part of our Tai Chi practice, which is vital for a healthy body and mind. Your breath is your life energy.

The second one is body posture.
Tai Chi enables you to bring your body back to balance. All bones, joints and muscles rest in right alignment. When things are in right order, your body is in harmony. Your body self-healing mechanism is stimulated, and your body core strength is revitalised. Imagine your energised body with your relaxed mind together through the day. This would be a pretty good version of you, wouldn’t it?

Margaret Thatcher once said “Where there is discordmay we bring harmony“. Fatigue is a result of discord. Harmony is a result of natural way of living. Millions of Tai Chi enthusiasts in the world are safely practising Tai Chi. Have you wondered why?

We want to make a positive impact on you if you are open-minded and willing to try. This month, we offer all of you a free Come N Try Tai Chi session. Also there will be a Free Community Tai Chi session in the park for everyone to join and play. More information is at
