Anyone here is a mum, you know what I am talking about, right?
Research shows us that Tai Chi and Qi Gong is a superior exercise to improve your vitality by consuming minimum energy whereas regenerating internal energy. Think about a bubbling spring well that provides you with constant warmth and abundant energy. So you can feel great, think clearly and stay relaxed.
Look at our current lifestyle, always on a go, consuming Qi ( life energy) till nothing is left. Sadly this is today’s reality as a norm for most of us. Are you going to stay like this or do something about it?
If you decide to do something about it, you may need a completely difference approach. You won’t see a great result if you choose something that you have already tried, however, with little outcome.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong can give you this radical change for abundant internal energy, relaxed and peaceful physical and mental state, leading to improved vitality, better healthy and happiness.
I am a passionate internal energy, Qi advocate. In Chinese, Qi stands for life essence, or life energy. I believe Tai Chi poses, such as Wu Ji ( just Being ) will utterly help you to achieve ultimate relaxation and good health on your own terms.
In the link below, Wu Ji pose is illustrated and explained in details. I also include a few more basic Tai Chi poses. Just focus on Wu Ji pose to start with. You can start 2 minutes a day for a week, before embarking on 3-5 minutes Wu Ji Pose practice.
