What’s Happening

3rd April, 2020

I have seen more breaking news over the last two weeks than the past ten years since I came to Australia. All started with COVID -19.

With rapid policy changes, business close down and uncertainty of the future, many of us may sense a mixed emotion combined with fear, anxiety and depression.

We are asked to keep ourselves isolated and maintain social distancing to slow down the spread of virus, to save lives.

Yes we can do this, for a great cause.

Meanwhile, to look after yourselves to go through this crisis, to look after your loved ones, you need to have a healthy body and mind, more than ever before. How are you going to fight against virus? Who is going to win the battle?

Being healthy and strong is ultimately important. This includes your powerful MIND. A calm mind is powerful.

As an international Tai Chi champion with over 30 years teaching experience, I am passionate to help you strengthen your immune system, improve your health and vitality.

This is why I initiated a 31 Days “Stay Calm, Do Tai Chi” online Campaign in March to assist you to stay active, healthy and strong. It is not easy for most of us to stay home alone, let’s connected every day with smile, encouragement and gratitude during this difficult time!

All information can be found at my Facebook page with daily post. https://www.facebook.com/MeridianConnectionTaiChi/

Or subscribe Meridian Connection Tai Chi via Youtube. You will get all my daily Tai Chi video there. Each week you will learn a short Tai Chi/Qi Gong form to enjoy amazing Chi energy flow.

I want to say “Thank You” to everyone who has been kind and support each other.

This FREE online Tai Chi program is my way to say “Thank You” and to all my Tai Chi students for your own self-care and empowerment. Feel free to share and comment. Sharing is caring😊

I believe supporting each other with kindness is everyone’s business. We will get out of this together. Let’s get out of this with more strength.

For those who are doing your daily tai chi practice, keep up your good work. If you haven’t yet, start today and connect with  me.

Welcome any feedback and comments.

Take care and stay well.
