Another month is nearly gone. Where did time go? How are you travelling these days?
I have received an overwhelming response about women’s health since last monthly newsletter. There are many real-time personal stories and questions shared and discussed. All this reflects we are all connected in one or another way.
This month newsletter will be a resource-based one as my way to encourage, support and appreciate you.
My way to truly connect with you is to understand you and provide high quality Tai Chi/ Qi Gong programs for you. Your voice needs to be heard and understood. The newsletter provides one of the open channels to connect us.
With ongoing uncertainty and changes around us, the best thing we can do for ourselves is to do things we CAN do, such as daily 10-minutes Tai Chi /Qi Gong practice to find your centre and inner peace.
I have created some best FREE online Tai Chi / Qi Gong resource for you. All you need is to visit YouTube, search “Meridian Connection Tai Chi” (subscribe if you want), where you will find plenty of authentic and useful instructional videos, such as 8 Piece of Brocade Qi Gong, “31 Days Stay Calm, Do Tai Chi” program. Try some, find the movements you enjoy and spend 10-15 minutes each day to relax and just be yourself in your meditative state.
There are three TREASURES in Tai Chi practice: Posture, Breathing and Mind.
You will find all of my videos that give you mindfulness instruction and easy-to-follow cues for you to slow down and relax at a deep level. Plus, All for you for FREE.
I have also done 14 livestream sessions with Marion Council at Marion Domain Theatre in the past three months. You can find these FREE resources through their facebook or YouTube. Search “Marion Culture Centre” or “Marion Domain Theatre”.
My passion is to empower you through Tai Chi and Qi Gong, so you can be in charge of your own health with strength and vitality, with long-lasting good health and deep happiness.
A recent article ( Qi Gong improves health and manage Covid-19 in older adults)https://www.news-medical.net/news/20200525/Using-Qigong-to-manage-COVID-19-in-older-adults.aspx may provide some useful insight for you.
To make it clearly, Tai Chi and Qi Gong are for everyone. I started Tai Chi/Qi Gong practice when I was 5. My students’ ages vary between 12 and 96.
Besides free online resources, we are excited to let you know that we are open now with face-to-face Tai Chi/ Qi Gong class. We will have the first tai chi class next Tuesday at St. Jude’s Church in Brighton. Enroll yourself to feel the Qi flow. All instructors are Covid- Safe certified, including myself. Please visit https://meridian-connection.com.au/classes/ for more information.
We are looking forward to connecting with you one or another way soon.
To your good health,
Fang & Meridian Connection Tai Chi team
