What’s Happening

31st August 2020

What happened to me? It seems time flies so fast, I can’t believe it is the end of August.

I hope you are staying warm and well during this winter month with good nutrition, sleep and energy level. Eating seasonal, wholesome food, drinking ginger tea ( certainly my rainy day drink, may not be your cup of tea). Plus plenty of sunshine time out and wholehearted smiles! Waterfall gully walk path finished its repairs. If you are keen on hiking and nature, it is time to explore and enjoy.

I am excited to let you know there is another Tai Chi class will be open to public in September. For more details of our classes, visit All our Tai Chi instructors are certified Covid safe instructors endorsed by Australian Sports Committee.

Here are a couple of recent feedback from my students:

“I’ve been learning Tai Chi with Fang now for about two months. The blink of an eye really and I’ve developed a deep respect for her personally and for the skill with which she teaches. She’s very patient, willing to repeat a movement many times if necessary, and is always encouraging. Fang is a very warm person and always makes me feel welcomed and “able” in her lessons. A real plus for me. I’m so glad to have met Fang and very happy to continue learning Tai Chi with her.”   – Devopama

“I feel centred when I do Tai Chi with Fang because I enjoy working on my Qi.  I have more energy when I do Tai Chi and I feel my energy flowing.  And I feel calm and connected with myself.  I can really feel the difference when I do Tai Chi, I feel balanced in myself.  I feel relaxed doing Tai Chi.  Thank you Fang for teaching me.”   – Caitlin

Currently all local councils are doing health programs for eligible residents. So check with your local councils to see if there is something they offer that suits you. We are currently working with some local councils to provide health and wellness Tai Chi programs.

Please feel free to send me your request.  We are looking forward to meeting you in person soon.

We will have the first tai chi class next Tuesday at St. Jude’s Church in Brighton. Enroll yourself to feel the Qi flow. All instructors are Covid- Safe certified, including myself.
