Description
This Qi Gong workshop will most benefit those who want to gain more energy and enhance vitality in a more animal-like, playful and dynamic way, such as tiger, deer, bear, monkey and bird, improve flexibility, balance and strength.
Who can attend: everyone, particularly those who feel the connection with animals and nature.
