Learn eight authentic Chen Shi Tai Chi Chuan movement step-by-step
Demonstrate the martial arts application of each movement with hands-on practice
Pushing hands to deepen understanding of intention (Yi) and develop internal force (Jin)

The workshop is suitable for people with some Tai Chi experience.
