Dive deeply into the importance of breathing and correct body posture, and how you can move effortlessly
Connect the Mind (Yi), Body (Xing), and Spirit (Shen) to improve strength and internal energy flow.

The workshop is suitable for everyone, Qi Gong/Tai Chi beginners and advanced practitioners.
