We are really excited to share the news with you:

Meridian Connection Tai Chi is proud to be announced as the winner in the Health, Beauty and Wellbeing category at the Marion Business Awards last night. This award shows the recognition of the positive impact we have made in and for our community.

Thank You again for being part of our journey together.

The festive season is approaching, I understand it can be emotional and stressful for some while others are enjoying the Christmas shopping and decoration. No matter how busy you are, I do hope you will be taking some small breaks each day to slow down and care for yourself, even just for 5 or 10 minutes, to breathe deeply and look inwards.

Our classes in term 4 will finish on 17th and 19th respectively. The new term in 2026 will commence around end of January. The class updates will be available around the beginning next year. Stay tuned with our website update https://meridian-connection.com.au/.

During our holiday break, take your time to explore all the free online resources. If you find some videos are helpful, please comment and share with others who may be in need.

These days AI becomes an increasing topic as it affects and will affect more aspects in our life, such as jobs, relationships, human creativity and more.

Though I embrace the development of new technology, including AI, I want to share my desire is to keep our human to human connection whenever possible, so we can sense and connect with each other on a much deeper level, building meaningful relationship and friendship. I think we all should make conscious effort towards the balance.
