Move in the new year with flow, strength and peace

We have began to connect with you via our monthly newsletter since 2018. Over years, we have received many comments. So thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts with me. We really cherish the time with you over years.

We are now in 2026. Times flies.

We are living in a kind of crazy world these days. With internet and smart phones, it seems the information we are getting everyday is overwhelming. We all need a quiet place where we can slow down, find peace and strength, focus on what we can do.

Whether you have your new year resolution is your business. However, we are all not living alone. We are part of family, community, tribe or something else if you prefer another term.

Over the last decade, Meridian Connection Tai Chi school has been working hard to build a Tai Chi community where people can be themselves, learn Tai Chi and Qi Gong, have fun, improve health and grow.

It has been the mission for us to see you relax, heal and thrive within through the ancient arts- Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice.

We are so proud of you who have joined our Tai Chi family/tribe/community and continue your journey with other participants. For those who can’t make to attend classes, please use the online resource at your leisure. We all need help and support, including me. Thank you for your support, particularly a shout to Luke!

The winning title of Marion Business Award 2025 under “Health, Beauty and Wellbeing” for the school seems like a history. However with our community recognition and your trust, it only means that we will endeavour to continue providing quality Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes. We know the quality makes a huge difference in your learning experience.

Each class consists of warm-up, learning components with designated Tai Chi/Qi Gong forms, breathing and Qi practice, cooling-down session. Trust the process and don’t give up easily. It takes at least a few months to see positive changes. Regular practice is the key. You will be the sole award winner at the end.
