Program

During this relaxing, interactive and fun workshop, Fang will cover the following highlights:

• Explaining and demonstrating “Peng”, “Lu”, “Ji”, “An” four fundamental classical Tai Chi hand movements
• Introducing the horizontal and vertical axis concepts and the dynamics of the “Hua” or hip through push hands practice
• Demonstrating and practicing Single Push Hands with interactive practice between participants
• Introducing “the point of contact” and “the point of change” theory
• One to one hands-on push hands experience with Fang to experience “Four ounces deflecting one thousand pounds” yourself
