Tai Chi, the balance of life
November 2022
Hello Tai Chi friends and enthusiasts, a warm welcome to our November Newsletter!
We are embracing November with all sorts of seasons in one month so far, how does your body and mind cope with it? Though weather change can be a contributing factor to sickness, one of the most alarmingly dangerous causes to all sickness is STRESS.
Have you heard or experienced stress-related internal ulcer, inflammation, heartburn, bloating, migraine, mood changes?
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are powerful and practical tools to treat someone with such illness and gradually become well self-balanced.
We are all busy these days. The retirement doesn’t make you less busy, sometimes even busier. The middle-aged are busy with careers, families and children. Young generation have their own headache and challenges.
Feel the pain from imbalance in life physically and mentally, difficult to focus and unclear where you are and how to get to where you want to be?
Everyone needs balance in life because a balanced life means a healthy and happy life. There is no perfect life ( maybe you don’t agree with me:)), but you can achieve a balanced fulfilling life as long as you are committed to act accordingly.
We had a wonderful weekend Qi Gong Ba Duan Jin workshop, searching the balance between Human-being and Nature, between what is out there and what is within, between me and not me, between form and formless, between movement and stillness …
I was very impressed with the group and the potential each individual has. Half of the group attended the workshop first time, they transformed their movements through stillness in two days! Watch the video if you want to mesmerise your eyes with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBFgcjdJO2c.
Meridian Connection Tai Chi school participated at OzAsia Festival on 5th November. What a beautiful day to share the arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong with our Tai Chi fellows and local communities!
If you want to enjoy some Tai Chi and Qi Gong balance time, there is an upcoming free Tai Chi at the park session, click here for more information https://meridian-connection.com.au/20221113-tai-chi-seacliff-park/.
Through Tai Chi, I hope you can find “Stillness in Movement and Movement in Stillness“.
Looking forward to seeing you again in the class or meeting you in person soon.
To your health,
Fang & Team
