Merry Christmas and to a healthy & happy 2023

Hello Tai Chi students, friends and enthusiasts, a warm welcome to our December Newsletter!

December can be a month with various emotion to many of us. While many may celebrate, someone may grieve for personal loss or no one to celebrate with. I hope you will travel well in December, reaching out to others for help and help others if you can. Also do less if possible and really treat yourself something nice in a festive season as you deserve it.

For me, good health is the foundation for happiness. Being independent and being able to feel free to do what is out there for you in life and flourish is essential for one’s happiness.

My mission is to empower and assist those who are committed to take in charge of their own health to another level, be healthier and happier, be your own master of life.

2023 is coming, I am offering you something very special: a private training (which can be one to one or a small group with no more than 4 people) with me 3 sessions for $290 (normal rate $450). You can use the sessions to learn a particular form that you are really interested in to make the most out of it. Or something you have learned but want to refine it and achieve higher level of understanding and fluidity. These sessions will also enable you to understand certain Tai Chi and Qi Gong essence in life. All current students and those who make enrolment in 2023 will be eligible. This offer will be closed on the 31st December 2022 and valid till end of 2023.

In the new year, Meridian Connection Tai Chi school is offering more classes each week to give you a variety of options, both in Tai Chi and Qi Gong. I think this is exciting as I can see how much some of you may benefit immensely from it. We believe in the value of quality teaching; offering you more value is what we have focused on since the inception of the school. I don’t like cheap and nasty staff ( not even the cheap and cheerful ones much, they don’t last long). Did I just see you nodding, lol?

Students testimonials reflect our teaching and our commitment to your health and wellbeing. You can read here https://meridian-connection.com.au/about/testimonials/ , the best way is to experience yourself.

Don’t just take my words. Research yourself and fine out the true value of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, and make the right decision for yourself.

“It takes a child one year to acquire independent movement and ten years to acquire independent mobility. An older person can lose both in a day”.
— from World Falls Guidelines
Tai Chi is strongly recommended for fall prevention. More information can be read https://www.bgs.org.uk/policy-and-media/landmark-publication-of-world-falls-guidelines-0.

Another study suggested by my student is how Qi Gong (particularly Ba Duan Jin- Eight Piece of Brocade Qi Gong) may be beneficial for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of respiratory infections, including Covid-19. You know what, we are offering Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong class in Term 1 2023!

If you don’t like to read long study reports, which could be dry and boring (I get it, we are not all academic researchers!), just read the summary.

Our 2023 promise to you is each class term fee will remain the same as this year. We want to offer you with quality and value so you can enjoy more yourself though the journey.

We are here for you, with you to make your 2023 a healthier and stronger year with more inner peace. All class information can be found https://meridian-connection.com.au/classes/. To watch a short video intro for our classes https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzPpJuETY01ci4UubkJA74IxQk7PRvvzu

We also appreciate your feedback and recommendation to others, so both you and the school can grow.

We have all made through this year’s ups and downs. Time to celebrate and reflect. share this song by Justin Timberlake with you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ru0K8uYEZWw.

Wish you a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful, fulfilling and prosperous 2023!

To your health,
Fang & the team
