Tai Chi and Everyday Life

June 2023

Hello Tai Chi students, friends and enthusiasts, a warm welcome to our 2023 June Newsletter!

June certainly brought cold winter air, and short days as well as sunshine and rain!

Recently one of my new students, Jack, a qualified remedial message therapist, asked me a few questions about Tai Chi. I appreciate his curiosity and eagerness to learn. So I wrote an article “Tai Chi and Everyday Life” because Tai Chi is for life. You can click to read this article  https://mcusercontent.com/cb623493f54965ec28c222c11/files/3d881049-818f-993c-bbdd-5ab68d69d692/Tai_Chi_and_Everyday_Life.pdf .

To Tai Chi students, it is great to see your good class attendance despite the weather. I guess we want to maintain good Qi and strong immune system through regular practice. Prevention is Better Than Cure.  Sometimes it is difficult to do everything in life, we have to choose what matters most for ourselves.

Our special monthly training session is on this Saturday 17th June. Treat yourself for a holistic mind-body workout!

To book, contact Fang.

Last year I was invited by one of my friends to be part of the Walk a Mile in My Boots Challenge  https://www.huttstcentre.org.au/get-involved/walk_a_mile_in_my_boots. Great honor. The challenge will be on in August this year. Thank you for all your kindness and community spirit for things you do for each other.

Let’s go through this winter with good health, less sickie days

Stay warm and well,
Fang & the Team
